“I am taking the time to tell you why we bought in Trout Run, and why we are so happy here. My wife and I have rented townhomes and owned houses in Eden Prairie and waterfront on Lake Minnetonka. Times have changed for us and we needed a townhome we could pay cash for. We immediately thought of Ron Clark Construction because of his very high quality reputation. In previous years we had visited 3 or 4 of Ron's beautiful communities.   We really wanted to stay closer to the grandkids in Minnetonka but money drove us to the south or far west.  When we toured the new Trout Run construction project (4 years ago) we loved Eagles Way. We put down a deposit and put our house in Eden Prairie for sale. The house sold shortly and we rented a place to stay for 4 months. We moved in April 1, 2007. We have great neighbors. The insulation for sound is hard to believe. The ONLY sound we have EVER heard from a neighbor is the garage door. No music, no TV, no voices, NOTHING. We are seniors so home alot. our utility bills average $125 monthly. The association and Ron Clark keep the area in excellent weekly condition. We (Eagles Way 1 association) have 29 members plus 1 unsold unit. All during the 4 years Ron Clark made every payment for unsold units on time! Twice we had someone come out for a repair on the 1 year warranty. Once a sliding door on a closet had to be adjusted. The second visit was a piece in the dishwasher that was installed backwards. They were gone both times in 30 minutes -- no charge. NO PROBLEMS SINCE!! Our initial confidence has been fully confirmed. The quality is built in. The project is great. We are very happy with our important choice. I should have written this a long time ago.”
